As the last born of a family of eight, and born when education was not valued in Samburu County, he barely attended Girgir Primary School before going to Mombasa in 1996.
Aldo worked as a Tour Leader in Bamburi Hotel before flying out of the country to UK in 2000 to 2002. He came back to Mombasa where he spent two years before settling back in Archers Post since then.
Aldo met TSP Executive Director, Linda Hooper, in 2016 during the drilling of Lekiji Well. His passion to assist in well repair and maintenance was clear and over the coming years they stayed in touch. Aldo joined the TSP Kenya team in 2021 and hopes to learn more on well repair and maintenance.
Aldo has four children the oldest still in UK and the youngest two years old. Aldo’s culinary experience is exquisite and he says most of the time he takes charge assisting his wife preparing daily meals at home.
