MINI KANG
Mini Kang is a Senior Associate in the Legal and Compliance department at Capital Group's headquarters in Downtown Los Angeles.
Born in Seoul, Korea, Mini has lived in vibrant cities like Tokyo, Singapore, and Manhattan Beach, which has naturally fueled her passion for learning about the world. It was in Manhattan Beach that she first connected with the Samburu Project through the Walk for Water event, leading to high school and college internships with the organization; now happy to announce this "full circle" moment joining as a new board member. Her interest in non-profit work is inspired by her parent's involvement with various non-profit organizations throughout her childhood. She holds a bachelor's degree in International Relations (International Communications) from the University of Washington.
In her free time, Mini enjoys going on road trips, traveling, visiting new restaurants and coffee shops, and attending various workout classes with friends.
