and operator with EQ Office (an affiliate of Blackstone) in New York City. Simon is responsible for all value creation efforts in New York, Atlanta, and Miami. His responsibilities include acquisitions, leasing, operations, and construction. Prior to EQ Office, Simon held positions at L&L Holding Company, CB Richard Ellis, and Tishman Speyer Properties. Simon is a former trustee of the Lower East Side Tenement Museum and the Allen Stevenson School. His Mother, Rhodia Mann, was born in Kenya and has dedicated much of her prodigious energy to the welfare of the Samburu.
